🍪 Pion Wafer Sheets — brief description

What it is: wafer sheets, in the form of crispy plates, manufactured by Pion — used as a base for homemade wafers: you can fill them with chocolate cream, walnuts, caramel, jam, etc., and assemble them for desserts.
Ingredients / typical composition: wheat flour, starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable fat, iodized salt, leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), lecithin as an antioxidant/emulsifier.
Nutritional values (per 100 g): approximately 370 kcal, 5.15 g fat (of which ~1.7 g saturated), ≈ 78.6 g carbohydrates, ≈ 9.5 g protein, and a salt content of ~ 0.8 g.
Usage: Ideal if you want to make wafers at home — fill them with your favorite cream (chocolate, cocoa, walnuts, vanilla, etc.), stack them, and you get "wafer" type pastries. Wafer sheets are the classic base for such desserts.
