🔄 DorDeCasa Return and Refund Policy
Effective date: December 6, 2024

📅 1. Return period

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • ✅ Unused and in its original condition
  • ✅ With all tags intact
  • ✅ In its original packaging

📩 2. How to start a return

Contact us at ✉️ orders@dordecasa.de before sending the product back. We will provide the return address and the necessary instructions.

⚠️ Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

⚠️ 3. Damaged or incorrect products

Check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

🚫 4. Exceptions — products that cannot be returned

  • 🥩 Perishable products, including food, dairy products and cold cuts
  • 🎁 Personalised or made-to-order products
  • 💄 Personal care products and cosmetics
  • ⚗️ Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

🔁 5. Exchanges

The quickest method is to return the item and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate new order.

🇪🇺 6. Right of withdrawal — 14 days (EU)

If the product is delivered to an EU country, you have the legal right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

💶 7. Refunds

  • We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the return
  • If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned automatically to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days
  • Bank processing may require a few additional days
