Welcome to DorDeCasa! This policy describes the terms for delivery of orders placed through our store. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

📍 1. Delivery areas

We deliver to:

  • 🇩🇪 Germany (all regions)
  • 🌍 Europe

💶 2. Shipping costs and free shipping

  • 🇩🇪 Germany: free shipping on orders of €100 or more
  • 🌍 Europe (EU): free shipping on orders of €120 or more

The exact shipping costs are displayed in the cart before checkout.

⏰ 3. Delivery times

  • 🇩🇪 Germany, standard delivery: 2–5 business days
  • 🌍 Europe: 3–7 business days

⚠️ Delivery times may vary because of external conditions such as weather, public holidays or customs.

📦 4. Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

🚚 5. Carriers

We work with trusted carriers:

  • DHL — including delivery to DHL Packstations and post offices in Germany

A tracking number will be provided when the order is dispatched.

⚠️ 6. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide the order number and photographs of the damaged products
  • We will work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund

✏️ 7. Address changes

  • Check the address before placing your order
  • Changes are possible only before dispatch
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses

🔄 8. Returns and refused deliveries

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or failure to collect it, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
