These sheets are a pre-made puff pastry dough, specially intended for the classic Cremșnit dessert.
Ingredients: white wheat flour, vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), water, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyglycerol esters, soy lecithin), sugar, iodized salt, flavoring, acidifier (citric acid) and coloring (beta-carotene).
Nutritional values (per 100g): ~ 554 kcal; ~ 35 g fat (of which ~ 18 g saturated); ~ 50 g carbohydrates (sugars ~ 3.6 g); ~ 9.7 – 9.7 g protein; salt ~ 1.3 g.
Allergens: contains gluten (wheat) and soy (soy lecithin).
Recommended use: ideal sheets for cremșnit cake — used as a base and topping for vanilla cream; can also be used for other layered desserts or cakes that require prepared puff pastry dough.
